About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented, patient-focused Front Desk & Financial Coordinator to support daily operations in a busy chiropractic clinic. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys patient interaction, is comfortable discussing finances, and takes pride in keeping the front office organized and running smoothly. This is a hands-on position focused on patient care, scheduling, financials, and administrative support.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with insurance verification (plus)
  • Familiarity with PI, PIP, and patient billing (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Provide an excellent patient experience from first contact through ongoing care
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, scheduling, and phone communication
  • Confidently review care plans, financial arrangements, and payment options with patients
  • Collect copays, co-insurance, and payments accurately and professionally
  • Assist with insurance verification and benefits explanations
  • Support billing processes, including patient statements and coordination related to PI and PIP cases
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in the EMR
  • Monitor daily schedules and help keep office flow running efficiently
  • Assist with administrative tasks to support the provider and office operations
  • Support internal marketing efforts, including referrals, reactivations, and patient communication
  • Assist with in-office promotions, patient follow-ups, and retention initiatives
  • Ensure consistency and professionalism in patient-facing communication
