Requirements

  • Professional, dependable, and detail oriented.
  • An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Positive, patient-focused, and eager to help others.
  • Comfortable using computers and office software.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare patients for examinations and document their history.
  • Support daily clinic operations and maintain accurate patient records.
  • Assist patients with therapies and provide Durable Medical Equipment (DME) guidance.
  • Greet patients in person and over the phone, ensuring a welcoming experience.
  • Manage scheduling, appointment confirmations, and front desk coordination.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth patient flow and timely care.
  • Communicate effectively with the practice manager and chiropractor
