Requirements

A natural connector with strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable educating patients on care plans, products, and long-term wellness strategies
Motivated by goals, incentives, and growth opportunities
Experienced in sales, customer service, or health & wellness
Confident handling objections, answering questions, and closing sales
Energetic, positive, and eager to make a real differene

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service from first contact to last visit
Handle inbound calls, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups with professionalism
Greet patients with warmth and confidence at check-in and check-out
Educate patients on the benefits of care plans and help them commit to their health goals
Present and sell treatment packages and wellness products
Maintain accurate records and process payments
Assist Chiropractors with patient flow and support during treatments
