About The Position

We’re looking for a Chiropractic Assistant who shows up, follows through, and delivers an exceptional patient experience every day. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and centered around patient care, teamwork, and growth. As a Chiropractic Assistant, you’ll be the bridge between patients and their health goals. You’ll support our doctors in delivering non-invasive, preventative care while providing a WOW experience for every patient who walks through our doors. This is not a desk job—our techs are actively engaged with patients, teaching therapeutic exercises, assisting with care, and creating a welcoming clinic environment. Requirements

  • High energy, positive attitude, and love working with people
  • Strong communication skills (in person and by phone)
  • Comfortable being hands-on with patients
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
  • Growth mindset and open to coaching/training
  • No prior healthcare experience required—training provided

Nice To Haves

  • Spanish fluency a bonus, not required

Responsibilities

  • Consult with patients to learn about their symptoms (Spanish fluency a bonus, not required)
  • Teach patients how to properly perform therapeutic exercises (sometimes side by side)
  • Take digital spinal x-rays once certified (training provided)
  • Manage daily office administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and organized environment
  • Support the clinic’s doctor and team members in growing the office
