About The Position

Are you passionate about fitness, community, and creating a safe, engaging environment for children? Burn Boot Camp Holmen is looking for a dynamic individual to serve as both our Childwatch Lead and Burn Ambassador (Membership Sales Specialist). This dual role is ideal for someone who loves working with children while also excelling in relationship-building and sales.

Requirements

Previous experience in childcare, sales, or a customer-facing role preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Passion for fitness, health, and community engagement.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
CPR and First Aid certification required.

Nice To Haves

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervise, train, and schedule Childwatch team members.
Ensure a safe, clean, and engaging environment for children ages 8 weeks to 12 years.
Plan and execute weekly and monthly Childwatch themes and activities.
Communicate with parents regarding Childwatch policies and their child’s experience.
Manage lost and found, supply orders, and organization of the Childwatch area.
Maintain CPR and First Aid certification (required).
Engage and build relationships with current and prospective members.
Achieve sales targets for memberships, retail, and nutrition products.
Conduct facility tours and identify individual member needs
Present membership options and confidently close sales.
Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records.
Contribute to social media content and assist with light cleaning.
