About The Position

The Children's Case Manager (CCM) provides professional case management services to eligible clients. This role involves advocating for clients to secure necessary services and coordinating all services required to meet their needs. The CCM is expected to be sensitive towards others, enjoy working with children and adolescents, and collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary team. The position requires the ability and desire to work flexible hours to meet client demand and involves travel within their designated area.

Requirements

• A minimum of one year relevant life/work experience working with children with a Serious Emotional Disturbance is required
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Intermediate level computer skills
• Has a minimum of a Bachelors Degree from an accredited four (4) year institution of higher learning, with specialization in psychology, mental health and human services, behavioral health, behavioral sciences, social work, human development, special education, counseling, rehabilitation, sociology, nursing, or closely related field
• OR a Bachelors Degree from an accredited four (4) year educational institution in an unrelated field and at least one (1) year of full-time equivalent relevant human services experience
• OR a Masters Degree in social work, education, psychology, counseling, nursing, or closely related field from an accredited graduate school
