About The Position

PURPOSE Coordinate all aspects of ministry and weekly services for children, families and volunteers with a vision to partner with parents to make disciples of Jesus and reproduce new leaders. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead volunteer recruitment, orientation, scheduling, training, and communications. Partner with ministry team to provide feedback, creativity, leadership, training and implement solutions. Coordinate and provide leadership training and weekend oversight for assigned ministry areas Responsible for Nursery, Preschool, Special Needs, Elementary, Production & Support Team ministry operations Maintain, update, and use systems in Children’s Ministry to reflect accurate family, children & volunteer data Work to build team of leaders and disciples operating in a variety of positions needed by ministry Partner with Victory Kids teams at Central and across campuses to ensure consistency in ministry Review curriculum lessons and activities for Nursery, Preschool, Special Needs, and Elementary. Volunteer Care: scheduling one on ones, send cards, keep track of voluntees prayer request so we can follow up, send flowers ect. Call, text and email weekend volunteers to check in each week. Follow up with no-call no-shows. Offer biblical guidance as needed. Requirements

Strong Leadership & Communication Skills (written and verbal)
