Assist youth diagnosed with severe emotional disorder (SED) Role and Responsibilities Advocate for, coordinate and link youth and families to needed services and resources. Identify barriers for accessing services and resources. Serve as a member of a multidisciplinary team. Maintain a case load. Complete school visits and attend IEP meetings when needed. Provide an established number of billable services per month as designated on job plan. Attend monthly staff meetings, in-service training and workshops as required per state requirements. Complete all documentation in a timely and accurate manner. Assist in planning and participating (as needed) in outings/scheduled events. Flexible job plan may be available contingent on supervisor approval and can be discontinued without notice at any time at supervisor’s discretion. Other duties may be assigned.
