We are currently accepting applicants for multiple substitute roles including Childcare Teachers, CDA Certified Teachers, Lead/Master Teachers, Assistant Directors, and Directors who are committed to supporting early childhood education programs. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with children and want the flexibility of substitute work while making a meaningful impact in childcare facilities that need reliable staffing support. Our substitutes step in when centers are short staffed, helping ensure programs remain compliant with staff-to-child ratios while maintaining a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children. Responsibilities may include: Supervising and caring for children in a classroom setting while ensuring their safety and well-being. Implementing or assisting with age-appropriate activities that support childrenâs physical, emotional, and social development. Supporting classroom operations including lesson implementation, classroom management, and daily routines. Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming learning environment. Communicating with parents, guardians, and center staff regarding childrenâs progress, needs, or concerns when appropriate. Following all state childcare licensing regulations and Kinley Ames policies related to health, safety, and education standards. Assisting with administrative or leadership duties when serving in higher-level roles such as Lead Teacher, Assistant Director, or Director. Participating in training, onboarding, and professional development opportunities when required.
