About The Position

Safe at Home (SAH), a division of Kennedy Care, is seeking passionate, caring nannies to provide high-quality in-home childcare to families in the community. As a nanny with SAH, individuals will make a meaningful impact daily while enjoying flexibility and support designed to fit their lifestyle. SAH works with nannies to create suitable childcare matches, whether they seek consistent hours or a flexible schedule. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
High School Diploma or equivalent
2+ years of childcare experience
Outstanding communication skills
An undeniable positive, can-do attitude
Valid Driver’s license and reliable transportation
Proof of Auto Registration and Insurance
Maintain availability for at least two full weekdays (Monday–Friday). A full day is defined as a minimum of eight hours of consecutive availability between 6:00 AM – 9:00 PM.

Responsibilities

Provide engaging, age-appropriate activities that support children’s growth and development
Create a warm, safe, and fun environment for each child in your care
Build professional relationships with families to deliver high-quality childcare
Communicate openly with families and our SAH team to ensure consistency and support
Respond to the emotional, social, and physical needs of each child, keeping safety and well-being top of mind
Provide transportation for outings, activities, and errands, ensuring children arrive safely and on time
