Requirements

• Candidates must complete required state and company background checks, including fingerprint checks. All job offers are contingent on a successful background check,
• Director certified in the state of Missouri for +100 kids.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or a related field is preferred. We will consider applicants with the following academic qualifications; Associate degree / CDA
• At least three (3) years of center leadership experience in a childcare program is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor others within a diverse and inclusive environment.
• Engage with your team and families daily.
• Maintain a quality early childhood program within the parameters of the Inspire philosophy and agency guidelines.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the center with a business mindset – making decisions for the betterment of the child care center.
• Inspire and support the professional development of your staff to ensure success.
• Collaborate with other Inspire departments including, finance, learning environments,  marketing, customer service and human resources.
