POSITION SUMMARY: The Child Watch Coordinator is responsible for coordinating Child Watch and Adventure Room operations, ensuring a high-quality, safe, and engaging experience for participants and their families. This role provides supervision and direction to staff. There is an immediate opening at the Independent Health YMCA. GENERAL WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week. Variable work schedule to include some evenings and weekends.
