JOB SUMMARY: This position performs customer support for child support cases and is an excellent fit for critical thinkers. Requirements

  • Currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue in the Child Support Program as a Revenue Specialist II
  • Did not accept a lateral transfer within the last 12 months (excluding hardship lateral transfers)

Responsibilities

  • Initiating and responding to requests
  • Coordinating with internal and external partners
  • Researching and resolving case issues
  • Gathering information and analyzing case data to determine next steps
  • Assisting customers

  • Making decisions based on case information and provided documentation
