About The Position

Provide administrative support and project management for the CNP Administrative Services Coordinator.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with efficiency and accuracy
  • Ability to analyze, compile, and manipulate data from multiple sources
  • Ability to develop spreadsheets and maintain databases
  • Demonstrated experience creating, formatting, editing, and proofing documents
  • Experience working with software applications in use at Frisco ISD
  • Effective organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Efficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Database Applications
  • 3 years of experience in an administrative support position preferred
  • Previous customer service experience

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Bilingual skills preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support Administrative Services in the tracking, screening, interviewing, and hiring of CNP staff including running background checks on potential new hires.
  • Plan and coordinate team building events within the CNP Office.
  • Assist with responding to questions concerning CNP staffing and general hiring and/or employee inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Track and maintain Professional Learning records for all CNP staff.
  • Track, maintain, and renew CNP Memberships.
  • Coordinate training events by making reservations, registering participants, submitting purchase orders and expense reports, and other tasks as needed.
  • Use sound judgment and maintain confidentiality.
  • Acts as a liaison between CNP leadership and campus level and/or central office staff.
  • Assist with staffing changes and reassignments as needed.
  • Schedule and coordinate training and professional development events.
  • Maintain integrity and accountability of CNP employment practices.
  • Comply with Frisco ISD and Child Nutrition Employee Handbooks.
