About The Position

Their NAEYC-accredited programs are grounded in HighScope Curriculum and Conscious Discipline, with on-site supports that allow educators to focus on meaningful teaching and relationship-based care. The current opportunity is for a Teacher working with infants at the Ruth Helf Center in Green Bay.

Requirements

High school diploma required (Assistant Teachers)
Associate degree in early childhood, child development, or a related field (Lead Teachers)

Nice To Haves

Two non-credit early childhood courses completed preferred (Assistant Teachers)
Interest in early childhood education and a desire to continue learning and growing in the field (Assistant Teachers)
Bachelor’s degrees in unrelated fields are welcome to apply (Lead Teachers)
Classroom experience and understanding of developmentally appropriate, relationship-based practice preferred (Lead Teachers)

Responsibilities

Create nurturing, engaging learning environments that support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development
Implement the HighScope Curriculum through active learning, observation, and assessment
Use Conscious Discipline strategies to foster safe, respectful, and inclusive classrooms
Build strong partnerships with children and families
Maintain developmentally appropriate, high-quality learning environments
Collaborate with Center Directors, fellow educators, and advocates
Participate in ongoing professional growth
