Requirements
- Minimum 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Child development knowledge and experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community
- Highly developed organization and prioritization skills and dedication to completing tasks in a timely manner.

Responsibilities
- Develop a positive environment for children, parents, and staff.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the developmental needs of children and families.
- Be a positive role model and demonstrate good judgment, and abide by program rules.
- Supervise and assure proper safety for a group of children.
- Communicates with and maintains positive relationships with families.
