About The Position

Come join the team at HCI Sports & Fitness ! As a premier sports and fitness center located in Bee Cave, we are in search of a part-time Child Care Supervisor to help lead our KidCare team! Available shifts include weekday evenings and weekend mornings.

Requirements

• Availability to work a combination of weekday evening and weekend morning shifts
• At least one year of child supervision or applicable experience
• An enthusiastic, energetic, and creative personality!
• Dependability and punctuality
• Exceptional communication skills
• Patience, positivity, and must enjoy working with children!

Responsibilities

• Working with the KidCare Manager to help lead our KidCare team
• Supervising and participating in activities with children while they are checked in to KidCare
• Ensuring all children have an enjoyable experience
• Maintaining a safe, fun, and interactive center that is clean and organized
• Providing clear communication to parents regarding any questions or incidents
• Greeting and providing excellent customer service to all HCI members and guests
