About The Position
The Community Child Care Council is looking for a Child Care Resource Navigator to join the 4Cs team . The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service to clients, providers, and community members including facilitating and or supporting training for various programs. In addition to answering department phone calls, the Child Care Resource Navigator is responsible for updating the Childcare Eligibility List (CEL). The Specialist will have additional program responsibilities, such as Case Management, CCIP, etc. driven by grants and funding.
Responsibilities
