About The Position

As an Infant/Toddler Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for the daily care of every child, following all licensing guidelines and company standards. You will develop skills in observing, assessing, and planning for children, and effectively communicate with their families. The role involves extensive training on child care, preschool, and development topics, and implementing a proprietary curriculum to create fun, interactive learning experiences. Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • At least 6 months experience leading an early childhood classroom and creating educational lesson plans in a licensed center
  • Minimum of 12 Early Childhood Education units
  • The ability to meet state requirements for background, immunization, CPR/First Aid, and mandated reporter training requirements
  • Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children

Responsibilities

  • Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child in your classroom
  • Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children
  • Effectively communicate with families
  • Complete extensive training that provides insight on child care, preschool and development topics
  • Implement our proprietary curriculum while creating fun, interactive learning experiences for the children
