This is an administrative position at The Learning Experience, focusing on driving enrollments and family retention. The Learning Experience aims to make early education joyful, engaging, and fun, with a curriculum based on the six ages and stages of early childhood development, encouraging hands-on learning. The role involves executing marketing campaigns, building community relationships, utilizing social media for parent engagement, conducting tours for potential families, and maintaining customer databases. The specialist will also provide classroom support when needed. The company emphasizes a nurturing environment and uses a cast of characters to enhance the learning journey. This specific position is with an independently owned and operated franchise.

Requirements

at least one year of experience in childcare
experience driving enrollments and family retention
experience in marketing

Responsibilities

Executes marketing brand campaigns within the center and implements local marketing activities
Oversees Work and Family program- building new relationships with community and business leaders (Housing Communities, Chamber of Commerce, Local Businesses)
Effectively uses social media channels for parent engagement and retention
Nurtures leads through scheduling and conducting tours; follows up with potential families to secure enrollment.
Leads tours, highlighting key features of our brand and the center and maintains strong connections with potential customers
Has a strong understanding of the childcare offerings within the community
Maintains the lead tracking portal and customer database
Excellent in Customer Service
Availiable to provide classroom support when needed.
