About The Position
Riveredge Hospital is seeking to add a child/adolescent psychiatrist to their team, for In-Patient Services. Riveredge Hospital is the largest free-standing psychiatric hospital in the state of Illinois, with a full continuum of inpatient and outpatient behavioral health services for children, adolescents and adults. In addition, we have the only specialized inpatient behavioral health program for adults with an intellectual or developmental disability. RIVEREDGE HOSPITAL offers a comprehensive continuum of inpatient and outpatient care for children, adolescents and adults with behavioral health issues. We are also proud to offer the only specialized inpatient behavioral health program for adults with an intellectual or developmental disability in the state. The multidisciplinary teams of mental health professionals provide compassionate, holistic treatment and supervision in a structured environment. Programs at Riveredge Hospital include: Inpatient for children, adolescents and adults; Outpatient for children and adolescents; IOP for adolescents and adults, Medication Management, Support Groups, Co-Occurring Disorders Program, Intellectual Disability Program, and Community Residential Center.
