About The Position

Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to meet the growing demand for outpatient psychiatric services at our well-established Franciscan Physician Network Behavioral Health Munster in Munster, IN . This is an outpatient position focused on psychiatric diagnostic evaluation and medication management. Our Psychiatry service line in Northwestern Indiana currently consists of an experienced team of five outpatient Psychiatrists and one outpatient Psychiatry APP. Ideal candidate will have a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community and build long-lasting relationships with patients. Physician will need to work collaboratively with existing medical staff to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care. Requirements

  • Physician License (MD/DO) – Upon Hire Required
  • Board Certification Psychiatry and Neurology - Required - and Board Certification Child and Adolescent Psychiatry - Required
  • Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association – Upon Hire Required
