Position Details Full-time Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist opportunity supporting the relaunch of inpatient C&A services 12-bed inpatient unit serving patients ages 12+ with anticipated census of 8–12 Mixed inpatient and outpatient role (inpatient rounds with afternoon outpatient clinic) Opportunity to help establish and shape a growing child/adolescent inpatient program Rotating on-call coverage for the hospital with overnight NP support Rotating weekend rounding for the C&A unit only (no adult inpatient coverage when assigned) Flexible employed or contracted practice models available Experienced physicians preferred; confident new graduates considered with system-wide physician support Our compensation package can include: Competitive base salary plus worked relative value unit ( wRVU ) production bonus Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance Paid time off and retirement plan Comprehensive health and well-being benefits Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance and days Paid professional liability and malpractice coverage Marketing and practice growth assistance
