Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI security clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering and +12 years of relevant experience.
  • Deep experience supporting Missile Warning systems at the enterprise level.
  • Proven ability to serve as a senior technical authority and trusted advisor in complex mission environments.

Responsibilities

  • Serving as the senior technical authority for enterprise‑wide engineering across the FLITE+ and FORGE environments.
  • Driving system architecture, technical baselines, and overall system performance for the Missile Warning enterprise.
  • Leading and mentoring a multi‑disciplinary engineering team responsible for delivering resilient, integrated capabilities.
  • Building trusted relationships with government and industry stakeholders to ensure mission needs and priorities are fully addressed.
  • Guiding system‑level requirements development, hardware/software design, and verification and validation activities.
  • Acting as a key decision‑maker in major engineering reviews, readiness assessments, and configuration control boards.
  • Ensuring disciplined engineering processes are applied across development, production, test, and sustainment.
  • Maintaining visibility across all FORGE IPTs and ensuring horizontal integration of best engineering practices.
  • Partnering closely with the government SEIT lead to maintain aligned, consistent technical baselines across the enterprise.
