About The Position

The Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) is a senior executive responsible for driving the overall strategic vision and direction of the organization. The CSO leads the development and execution of long-term strategies that support organizational objectives and enhance competitive positioning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or executive leadership.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful business strategies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in managing complex projects and driving organizational change.
  • Must successfully complete Atalco Gramercy’s required drug screening and physical examination.
  • TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) required prior to offer acceptance
  • MSHA (Mine Safety and Health Administration) training to be completed upon hire.

  • Develop and communicate the company’s strategic vision, mission, and long-term goals.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align departmental strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Lead strategic planning processes, including annual and multi-year roadmaps.
  • Monitor the implementation of strategic initiatives, ensuring timely execution and measurable results.
  • Identify and evaluate potential partnerships, mergers, acquisitions, and investments.
  • Provide guidance on organizational change and transformation initiatives.
