About The Position

CTP, Inc is seeking a Chief Solutions Architect to define the technical vision and architecture strategy for enterprise systems across cloud, platform, and application environments. This role is a hands-on engineering leadership position responsible for designing, building, and delivering complex software solutions while guiding engineering teams and establishing technical standards.
Travel to the Caribbean region will likely be required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 15+ years of software engineering and architecture experience
• Experience designing enterprise-scale software systems
• Strong cloud architecture and platform integration experience
• Strong hands-on development experience
• Experience leading engineering teams and architecture initiatives

Nice To Haves

• Experience with AWS cloud architecture
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow
• Experience with microservices architecture
• Experience with DevSecOps practices

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise architecture strategy and technical direction
• Design complex software and platform solutions
• Lead implementation of enterprise systems across cloud and platform environments
• Establish coding standards and development practices
• Review system architecture and engineering designs
• Mentor engineering teams and provide technical leadership
• Solve complex technical challenges across systems and platforms
• Collaborate with product, operations, and security teams
