Position Summary Ease is seeking an experienced Chief Architect to serve as a hands-on technical leader across both our core platform and our next-generation AI product initiatives. This is a senior individual contributor role for an architect who leads through technical depth, sound judgment, execution, and influence across teams. This person will work directly in the architecture, design, prototyping, and implementation of critical systems while helping guide engineering direction across the organization. The ideal candidate has demonstrated success taking ideas from concept to production, especially in ambiguous or fast-moving environments. They do not need to be elite in every technology listed, but they must have strong architectural breadth, solid hands-on depth, and a proven track record of 0-1 delivery and solving real-world production performance, scaling, reliability, and maintainability challenges.
