About The Position

We are seeking a Chief Revenue Officer to build and scale a high-performance sales engine that delivers predictable, profitable revenue. This role owns execution, forecasting, systems, and accountability, turning strategy into results.

Requirements

  • 15+ years in senior sales leadership, leading leaders
  • Proven track record building scalable, process-driven sales organizations
  • Strong forecasting, CRM, and sales operations expertise
  • Experience owning revenue, pipeline, and P&L

Nice To Haves

  • Background in B2B, distribution, or industrial markets preferred

Responsibilities

  • Build and enforce a scalable sales operating system (process, playbooks, cadence)
  • Own CRM adoption, pipeline discipline, and data integrity
  • Lead and develop a high-performing, accountable sales leadership team
  • Drive forecast accuracy (±5%) and revenue predictability
  • Own sales targets, budget, pricing discipline, and margin performance
  • Align sales and marketing execution to accelerate growth
  • Drive customer retention, expansion, and share of wallet
  • Leverage data, analytics, and enablement tools to improve performance
