About The Position

The Chief People Officer (CPO) is a senior executive responsible for building, scaling, and sustaining a high-performance, values-driven organization. This role owns the full employee lifecycle and serves as a strategic partner to executive leadership, ensuring people strategy is tightly aligned with company objectives, culture, and long-term growth.

Requirements

10+ years of progressive leadership experience in HR or People Operations.
Proven experience scaling organizations.
Strong knowledge of employment law and organizational development.
Strategic, credible executive leader.
Empathetic, people-first decision-maker.
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive people strategy aligned with business goals, growth plans, and organizational values.
Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team on talent, culture, leadership, and organizational design.
Lead change management initiatives related to growth, restructuring, acquisitions, or strategic pivots.
Establish people analytics and KPIs to measure engagement, retention, performance, and culture health.
Design and oversee scalable recruiting strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
Ensure workforce planning aligns with current and future business needs.
Build strong employer branding and candidate experience practices.
Manage performance management frameworks that drive accountability and growth.
Oversee leadership development, coaching, succession planning, and career pathing.
Champion a strong, inclusive, and transparent company culture.
Oversee compensation strategy, incentive plans, and benefits programs.
Ensure HR policies, systems, and practices are compliant and efficient.
Serve as the executive owner of employee relations and workplace matters.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
