About The Position

The Chief People Officer (CPO) is a senior executive responsible for building, scaling, and sustaining a high-performance, values-driven organization. This role owns the full employee lifecycle and serves as a strategic partner to executive leadership, ensuring people strategy is tightly aligned with company objectives, culture, and long-term growth.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in HR or People Operations.
  • Proven experience scaling organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and organizational development.
  • Strategic, credible executive leader.

  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive people strategy aligned with business goals, growth plans, and organizational values.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team on talent, culture, leadership, and organizational design.
  • Lead change management initiatives related to growth, restructuring, acquisitions, or strategic pivots.
  • Establish people analytics and KPIs to measure engagement, retention, performance, and culture health.
  • Design and oversee scalable recruiting strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
  • Ensure workforce planning aligns with current and future business needs.
  • Build strong employer branding and candidate experience practices.
  • Manage performance management frameworks that drive accountability and growth.
  • Oversee leadership development, coaching, succession planning, and career pathing.
  • Champion a strong, inclusive, and transparent company culture.
  • Oversee compensation strategy, incentive plans, and benefits programs.
  • Ensure HR policies, systems, and practices are compliant and efficient.
  • Serve as the executive owner of employee relations and workplace matters.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
