A fast-growing, contract-based services organisation is entering its next phase of scale, and is searching for a Chief Operating Officer to work side-by-side with the CEO. This is a pivotal moment in the company’s evolution, offering the chance to bring discipline, structure, and strategic clarity to a business poised for significant expansion. The COO will oversee all operational functions (excluding finance), lead a team of department heads toward stronger systems, consistent performance, and sustainable growth. You’ll step into a company at roughly $20M in annual recurring revenue, with a mandate to help double or even triple that scale.
