Requirements
- Bachelors degree in business or related field required.
- Minimum of ten (10) years of hospital operations at the leadership level.
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must obtain Sexual Harassment Certification within 6 months, and then maintain biennially
Nice To Haves
- Masters degree in business or related field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the measurement/effectiveness of all internal/external processes.
- Ability to collaborate with the management team to develop plans for operational infrastructure.
- Ability to oversee major workforce/resource decisions.
