About The Position

The Chief Operating Officer provides strategic oversight and leadership across the Bank's core operational functions, including marketing and communications, IT/IS, project management, operations, the customer care center, customer service, and facilities. This role partners with other executive leadership to ensure operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and a seamless experience for both customers and employees.

Requirements

Demonstrates strong leadership and management skills by holding teams accountable for results, fostering a culture of discipline, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals as outlined in the Traction framework
Demonstrated understanding of retail, business, and commercial banking products, operations, marketing, project management, facilities, and IT
Ability to read, interpret, and analyze procedures, legal documents, or financial reports with the highest degree of complexity
Excellent interpersonal, verbal/written communication skills
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting and 8 years of bank experience with 5 years of managing experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.
