About The Position

The Chief Operating Officer provides strategic oversight and leadership across the Bank's core operational functions, including marketing and communications, IT/IS, project management, operations, the customer care center, customer service, and facilities. This role partners with other executive leadership to ensure operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and a seamless experience for both customers and employees.

Requirements

  • Demonstrates strong leadership and management skills by holding teams accountable for results, fostering a culture of discipline, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals as outlined in the Traction framework
  • Demonstrated understanding of retail, business, and commercial banking products, operations, marketing, project management, facilities, and IT
  • Ability to read, interpret, and analyze procedures, legal documents, or financial reports with the highest degree of complexity
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal/written communication skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting and 8 years of bank experience with 5 years of managing experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.
