About The Position

The COO will be on a path to become CEO/President after a successful trial period. This executive will lead the strategic, operational, and financial performance of a high-growth private label bottled water company. The role involves driving revenue expansion across key channels —including casinos, hotels, golf courses, event centers, restaurants, clubs, etc —while maintaining competitive pricing, strong customer relationships, and operational efficiency. The role requires a market-savvy leader who can scale the business to achieve $5M in profit within three years.

Requirements

  • Proven executive leadership experience (CEO, President, COO, or senior sales executive) in beverage, CPG, or private label consumable industries
  • Demonstrated success scaling a business and achieving aggressive profit targets
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills with enterprise-level clients
  • Expertise in pricing strategy, cost analysis, and margin optimization
  • Deep understanding of sales channels including hospitality, golf, clubs, event centers, retail, and gaming industries
  • Excellent leadership, communication and decision-making skills with cross-functional teams
  • Self motivated to succeed above and beyond one’s self
  • Execution-focused with a growth mindset

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a 3-year strategic plan to achieve $5M in profit
  • Identify and secure high-value accounts across hospitality, retail, casino, events, clubs and golf sectors
  • Drive top-line revenue growth while maintaining margin discipline
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key customers
  • Conduct in-person client meetings 2–4 times annually to strengthen partnerships and drive upsell opportunities
  • Lead negotiations on large-scale contracts and private label agreements
  • Competency in successful Request For Bid (RFB) customer demands
  • Leadership for problem solving and results driven resolutions
  • Continuously analyze market trends, customer demand, and competitive positioning
  • Develop real time dynamic pricing models to remain competitive while protecting margins
  • Identify opportunities for expansion, product differentiation and new channels
  • Continual close collaboration with production and supply chain teams to control costs and optimize pricing
  • Align sales forecasts, customer service and production capacity
  • Improve efficiencies to support scalable & profitable growth
  • Own full P&L performance with emphasis on profitability, cost control
  • Establish KPIs and performance metrics to track progress toward growth targets
  • Adjust strategy proactively based on financial performance and market data
