This role drives excellence across all our Wealth business platforms through effective Business Execution in support of our client-facing and product businesses, budget and expense management, Risk & Controls for Wealth, Transformation In addition, the COO is focused on our Client Platform improvements and business digitization and ensuring we are at the front line of technology with regards to our Data, Analytics and AI Innovation. The COO aligns the work of various functional teams supporting our continued progress towards client excellence, operational excellence, and risk & controls. Works closely with the Head of Wealth and senior leadership team to execute our Wealth strategy. Establish and manage a robust governance framework for the execution and tracking of Strategic Initiatives. Leads Change Management initiatives across Wealth as designated by the Head of Wealth. Responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and seamless integration of US Retail Bank into the Wealth organization, a priority for 2026. In partnership with Business, Finance and HR, responsible for business planning, business reviews and business performance, budgeting, and expense management. Leadership of Wealth's workforce management council and associated deliverables to meet transformation and regulatory requirements. Coordinates with the business the Wealth Technology book of work and partners with Technology to drive implementation. Oversees Data Management for Wealth, in partnership with the Chief Data Office. COO leads our business supervision and oversight function. In addition, the COO strengthens our 1st LOD focus on AML/financial crimes detection in support of our Wealth businesses. Partners with the Controls team to ensure compliance with external regulations, internal policies, and local country compliance (including KYC). Focus on high quality internal controls. Supports Wealth businesses for Audit and Regulatory inquiries or reviews. Responsible for the management of our Real Estate footprint. Ensures a realistic succession plan is in place for key roles in the COO organization. Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management. Able to develop a level of credibility to influence leaders across the organization. Understanding corporate governance frameworks as well as regulatory requirements. Prior business management experience, ideally in Wealth. Disciplined execution supporting business growth and expense management goals. Operational excellence and process orientation. Change leadership to articulate Wealth COO Strategy, communicate it effectively, inspire teams and drive change. Demonstrated evidence of building an organization's capacity by embedding talent management into the business as a core strategy. Demonstrated people leadership skills
