About The Position

About the Client: An asset-first investment platform focused on capital protection and structured asset allocation. Through a proprietary Bucket Model, stable assets create a protective base from which capital is strategically deployed into operating businesses and entrepreneurial ventures. The firm prioritizes disciplined asset structuring and sustainable long-term value creation. Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations executing the companys strategy in close partnership with the Founder, and building a high-performance sales-driven organization. This role requires a strong people leader with the ability to translate a non-traditional financial model into clear value propositions for investors, entrepreneurs, and partners.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfort working with sales teams and incentive-driven environments.
  • High level of integrity, loyalty, and emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring consistent execution and performance.
  • Translate the Founders vision into operational plans and measurable goals.
  • Actively participate in investor and client meetings.
  • Help structure and scale deal-making processes.
  • Collaborate with the Founder on KPIs, strategy, and growth initiatives.
  • Approve and participate in hiring decisions for future roles.
  • Represent the company in networking events, meetings, and partnerships.
