Role Purpose The Chief Operating Officer North America (COO) is responsible for overseeing the organization’s day-to-day operations (covering all Ground Handling Operations (Excluding Cargo & Fuel) in the USA, Canada & the Caribbean) and ensuring efficient execution of the company’s strategic objectives. The COO will work closely with the EVP Americas and executive leadership team to translate vision into actionable plans, optimize processes, and drive operational excellence across all departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or related (MBA preferred)
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience, including senior management
• Proven experience managing complex operations and leading cross-functional
• Strong strategic thinking and execution
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making
• Deep understanding of operational metrics, process optimization, and performance
• Financial acumen and experience managing budgets and P&L.
• Ability to lead change in fast-paced, evolving
