About The Position

Prime Intellect is building the infrastructure for decentralized AI. By enabling global collaboration in compute, code, and capital, we’re accelerating the development of open-access AI models with a bold vision: AGI that benefits everyone. We’re hiring a Chief of Staff to work closely with our CEO, CTO, and COO. This role blends operational leadership with hands-on execution: you’ll oversee day-to-day systems that keep the company running, while also taking on higher-leverage projects across hiring, culture, and partnerships. You’ll manage everything from building the go-to-market strategy to scaling workflows, supporting hiring, and building relationships with key stakeholders. The common thread: creating the environment and structure that allow the executive team and broader company to focus on building.

Requirements

  • Strong track record of aligning teams to execute ambitious goals at scale.
  • Experience with hiring, team development, growth contracts and fostering high-performing teams.
  • Business acumen with experience in financial management and fundraising.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, including executive-level reporting.

  • Proven experience as Chief of Staff, venture investor or similar role in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle shifting priorities.
  • Comfortable working side-by-side with founders and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Lead hiring processes across operations, business, and legal functions.
  • Support and mentor team members to foster a collaborative, results-driven culture.
  • Identify resourcing gaps and ensure teams have the tools they need to succeed.
  • Build the go-to-market strategy for our new RL initiatives
  • Design and refine workflows that improve productivity and scalability.
  • Implement systems for continuous improvement across the organization.
  • Develop and track metrics to measure performance and identify improvements.
  • Build strong relationships with investors, partners, and collaborators.
  • Serve as a point of contact for external inquiries and partnerships.
  • Support leadership in fundraising prep and investor communications.
