These companies need rigorous simulation and evaluation. To deliver this at scale, we need a Chief of Staff. Your Impact You will shape how Coval scales in all facets of our company, including GTM, operations, product, hiring, and strategic execution.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a high-velocity environment, ideally in the role of a Founder, early operator, Chief of Staff, or product-adjacent role
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication
• A talent for operational excellence

Nice To Haves

• Experience supporting or working with enterprise sales motions
• Product intuition around AI agents, LLMs, or developer tooling
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects end-to-end

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the CEO to drive company priorities, strategic planning, and cross-functional alignment.
• Partner closely with customers to translate insights into product and GTM strategies.
• Assist with internal operations, such as hiring pipelines, dashboards, investor updates.
• Lead special projects. This might mean preparing for a major enterprise deal, evaluating a new product line, scoping partnership opportunities.
