The Chief of Staff serves as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to the President & CEO of the Dallas Symphony Association (DSA). Acting as an extension of the President & CEO, the Chief of Staff supports the execution of organizational priorities, drives alignment across senior leadership and Board governance, and advances institutional effectiveness. This role translates strategy into action, facilitates executive decision-making, and oversees complex, cross-functional projects and initiatives with staff at all levels throughout the organization. The Chief of Staff exercises significant independent judgment and represents the President & CEO, both internally and externally, as appropriate.
