The Chief of Staff to the CEO will serve as a force multiplier for the CEO, helping translate company priorities into coordinated action across engineering, development, finance, and commercial functions, while ensuring that the organization moves decisively and with discipline. The Chief of Staff to the CEO is a senior, high-trust leadership role designed to amplify the CEO’s effectiveness across Fervo’s most critical strategic, organizational, and capital priorities. This is not an administrative role; it is a central operating position responsible for driving alignment, accelerating decision-making, and ensuring execution against the company’s highest-impact initiatives. Acting as an extension of the CEO, the Chief of Staff will synthesize inputs from across the business, pressure-test strategic decisions, and ensure that work across engineering, R&D, finance, business development, and legal is integrated into a coherent operating plan. The role plays a key part in shaping annual and long-range strategy, supporting capital formation and partnerships, and managing high-stakes internal and external engagements. The Chief of Staff reports directly to the CEO.
