About The Position

We are hiring a Chief of Staff to the CEO to serve as a strategic partner to our CEO and leadership team as we scale an enterprise AI platform transforming customer support and operations. This role is designed for a highly analytical, execution-oriented leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, operations, and communication. As Chief of Staff, you will act as a force multiplier for the CEO—driving alignment across the company, owning critical initiatives, and ensuring that Maven AGI executes with speed, clarity, and rigor. You’ll operate across product, go-to-market, engineering, and operations, helping turn company-level priorities into concrete plans and measurable outcomes. This is a high-impact role with broad exposure to company strategy, executive decision-making, and the challenges of scaling an AI-first enterprise business.

Requirements

  • Have 5+ years of experience in a high-growth startup, management consulting, investment banking, product operations, or a similarly fast-paced environment
  • Are a strong strategic thinker who can translate vision into execution, structure, and results
  • Excel at cross-functional collaboration and can influence outcomes without formal authority
  • Thrive in ambiguity and can independently prioritize, execute, and iterate quickly
  • Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills and can synthesize complex ideas with clarity
  • Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple high-stakes workstreams at once
  • Are comfortable using data and metrics to drive decisions and measure impact
  • Have led or supported company-wide initiatives involving multiple senior stakeholders
  • Are known for anticipating needs, spotting issues before they escalate, and acting proactively

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with the CEO to drive strategic planning, goal-setting, and execution across the company
  • Own and lead cross-functional, high-priority initiatives—from new product bets to operational improvements
  • Act as a connective layer between teams, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and outcomes
  • Prepare executive briefings, internal communications, and decision memos that distill complex topics clearly
  • Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities early—and proactively drive solutions
  • Improve operating cadence (OKRs, metrics, exec meetings, planning processes) to help the company scale effectively
  • Represent the CEO in meetings when appropriate and follow through to ensure decisions turn into action
