We’re looking for a Chief of Staff to work side-by-side with our CEO on high-impact special projects that support Fulcrum’s organizational scale—standing up new functions, leading cross-functional initiatives, and helping build the operating foundation for the company’s next phase of growth. This is a highly strategic, highly executional role—ideal for a former top-tier consulting Engagement Manager looking to move from slideware to operating. You’ll own key questions like: What functions do we need to build next, and when? How do we design lightweight but durable processes as we scale? Where are the highest-leverage projects that unblock the organization? You’ll move fluidly across strategy, problem-solving, and hands-on execution, with a tight feedback loop to leadership.
