You will drive internal cadence, manage high-impact projects, and remove decision bottlenecks to help the company scale at lightning speed.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in high-intensity environments like startups, consulting, or founder-adjacent roles
• Execution-first mindset with the ability to act proactively without formal authority or permission
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to thrive in an ambiguous, in-person LA office environment

Responsibilities

• Drive follow-through across product, growth, and operations to maintain high execution speed
• Own internal decision hygiene and prepare briefs for critical company-wide strategic choices
• Lead high-leverage special projects and recruitment coordination to scale the 10-person team
