About The Position

This is a rare Chief of Staff opportunity to partner directly with the CEO of a high-growth, industry shaping company operating at the intersection of traditional finance and blockchain. The Chief of Staff to the CEO is a fast-paced, high-impact role perfect for a strategic operator who can thoughtfully navigate the complexities of a high-profile, global, multi-product organization. The Chief of Staff will partner with the CEO and the Leadership team to articulate and synchronize priorities, accelerating high quality decision-making, effective execution, and maximizing organizational impact.

Requirements

  • MBA strongly preferred, demonstrating a solid grasp of core business fundamentals.
  • 4+ years of experience at a top-tier management consulting, financial services, or technology company.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, highly organized / detailed focused with the ability to deliver clear, polished, concise, executive-ready messaging.
  • Demonstrated success operating in high-growth, fast changing environments. The pace and variety energize you, you’re motivated by building, scaling, impact, not predictability.
  • Demonstrated deep interest in and passion for the blockchain, digital assets, and payments ecosystem, including market structure and global regulation, paired with a strong drive to advance our mission.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset, thinker, doer paired with intellectual horsepower and ability to make sound decisions, take calculated risks, and operate effectively amid ambiguity and incomplete information.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted thought partner to the CEO on internal and externally driven priorities.
  • Synthesize complex information into pressure tested, hypothesis-driven insights and clear/concise executive recommendations.
  • Ensure the CEO is up to speed on relevant competitive and industry developments and trends; this goes well beyond summarizing headlines - it requires understanding the business, connecting the dots and extracting thoughtful insights
  • Partner closely with the Strategic Initiatives and Communications teams to equip the CEO with executive-grade materials for key external engagements, while overseeing seamless coordination, messaging, and follow-through to maximize impact.
  • Capture outcomes and commitments from external engagements and drive timely follow-up and execution across relevant teams in the organization.
  • Anticipate opportunities, risks, and emerging issues tied to the CEO’s external commitments, and address them proactively.
  • Bring precision, clarity, structure, efficiency and discipline to the CEO’s operating rhythm. Ensure they are focused on the highest impact projects.
  • Drive alignment and influence senior leaders across all functions without formal authority, partnering cross-functionally to meet and exceed key business objectives.
  • Operate with exceptional discretion, judgment, and presence.
