The Chief of Staff to the CEO and Executive Team is a high-impact, strategic, and operational leader responsible for driving the effectiveness of the CEO, the executive team, and the broader organization. This role combines strategic planning, operational execution, and financial discipline to ensure the company achieves its long-term goals. As a trusted advisor and thought partner to the CEO, the Chief of Staff shapes strategic initiatives, ensures cross-functional alignment, drives business performance management, and leads high-priority transformation and operational excellence efforts across the business. This role is designed as a 2-3 year developmental position, providing a high-performing leader with broad exposure to all aspects of the company's operations and strategy. Upon successful performance, the Chief of Staff may transition into a senior operating role within the organization.

Requirements

  • 10+ years progressive experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, operations, or finance; prior experience supporting or advising a CEO or executive team strongly preferred
  • Deep strategic, financial, and operational acumen; proven ability to connect strategic priorities to business and financial outcomes.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to synthesize complex issues into actionable recommendations.
  • Outstanding communication, facilitation, and executive presence.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex programs and leading through influence across multiple functions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment, adapting between strategic and tactical execution as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor and business partner to the CEO and Executive Team (ET), ensuring focus on the most critical priorities and effective execution of strategic objectives.
  • Structure and facilitate ET and Board meetings, managing agendas, materials, outcomes, and follow-ups to drive accountability and impact.
  • Anticipate and surface key business issues, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
  • Lead the annual and multi-year strategic planning process, translating company vision into actionable objectives, key results (OKRs), and financial targets.
  • Partner closely with Finance and functional leaders to ensure operational and financial plans are integrated, achievable, and transparent.
  • Evaluate and recommend business portfolio and investment frameworks that align with long-term growth and profitability goals.
  • Develop and maintain enterprise dashboards that connect strategic initiatives to financial and operational performance metrics.
  • Oversee a portfolio of enterprise initiatives focused on growth, efficiency, and innovation.
  • Partner with initiative sponsors to ensure cross-functional coordination, resource alignment, and successful execution of outcomes.
  • Establish governance and performance reporting to track progress against strategic and operational objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across business processes, ensuring scalable systems and effective collaboration.
