Chief of Staff to the Chief Customer Officer Position Summary The Chief of Staff to the Chief Customer Officer (CCO) is a critical role that combines strategic leadership and operational excellence to be a trusted advisor and recognized leader on the team. This role serves as an extension of the CCO, driving cross-functional alignment and execution of the CCO’s most important priorities across the Customer Success organization.
