Location: Union City Chief of Staff, Property Management The Chief of Staff, Property Management, is a key leader responsible for driving departmental effectiveness and advancing MidPen’s strategic goals. The role centralizes operations, advises the SVP, and leads portfolio-wide initiatives by streamlining workflows, strengthening systems, and translating improvements into consistent policy. The position works across functions to ensure high‑quality, compliant, resident‑focused operations. It requires deep affordable housing expertise, strong financial skills, and the ability to manage complex projects while influencing executive‑level stakeholders. The ideal candidate balances urgent needs with long‑term priorities, leads through influence, and improves processes for measurable impact. As a mission driven leader, they center residents, site teams, and partners while driving sustainable change.
