About The Position

As the Chief of Staff for the DRAAFT team at Perpay, you will act as a force multiplier and strategic partner to the Chief Strategy Officer, helping run the day-to-day for the Data, Risk, and Finance teams. In addition, you will be responsible for supporting various functions such as strategic planning, project management, operational execution, and various special projects. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic, operational, or Chief of Staff roles within high-growth organizations.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills with a talent for bringing structure to ambiguity.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling and maturing teams, preferably in a data-driven or tech-driven organization.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, including proficiency in leveraging data for decision-making.
  • High EQ with the ability to build trust and foster relationships across all levels of an organization.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Risk, Finance, or Data functions is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Be a thought partner and strategic advisor to the Chief Strategy Officer and various team leaders by driving collaboration, challenging ideas, offering different perspectives, and enabling individual and collective growth
  • Providing tactical support to implement ideas, execute on priority initiatives, and run with special projects
  • Act as a force multiplier for the CSO by unlocking them from day-to-day operations, driving collateral creation, preparing leadership meeting agendas, and coordinating action item execution
  • Facilitate team development by coaching team leaders, facilitating regular check-ins, leading quarterly planning sessions, and evaluating opportunities for growth
