Haxtun Health provides this care in our 25-bed Critical Access Hospital and Primary Care Clinics, including long-term care, rehabilitation, and specialty care. Employing nearly 150 people, Haxtun Health is one of the largest employers in the community. We recently opened a new 10,000 square foot facility that houses our Family Practice Clinic, Wellness and Rehabilitation, and Retail Pharmacy. Requirements

  • MD/DO (Board-Certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Hospital Medicine)
  • 5+ years of clinical experience, with leadership or administrative experience preferred
  • Active or eligible for Colorado medical license
  • ATLS, BLS, PALS, and ACLS required (or willing to obtain upon hire)
  • Passionate about rural healthcare, provider mentorship, and long-term system improvement
