Haxtun Health provides this care in our 25-bed Critical Access Hospital and Primary Care Clinics, including long-term care, rehabilitation, and specialty care. Employing nearly 150 people, Haxtun Health is one of the largest employers in the community. We recently opened a new 10,000 square foot facility that houses our Family Practice Clinic, Wellness and Rehabilitation, and Retail Pharmacy. Requirements

MD/DO (Board-Certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Hospital Medicine)
5+ years of clinical experience, with leadership or administrative experience preferred
Active or eligible for Colorado medical license
ATLS, BLS, PALS, and ACLS required (or willing to obtain upon hire)
Passionate about rural healthcare, provider mentorship, and long-term system improvement
