Requirements
- Board-certified physician (MD or DO) with proven experience in executive leadership within a hospital or health system.
- Demonstrated success leading medical staff teams, improving clinical quality, and supporting population health initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust among providers, administrators, and community partners.
- Experience in regulatory compliance, patient safety, and performance improvement programs.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of healthcare operations, financial management, and strategic planning.
- Active state physician license and DEA registration.
